Why dip a chip when you can smother with cheese instead? This great snack is super easy. Even easier would be using already-seasoned Cajun flavor chips. I couldn’t find them easily so I added my own cayenne. Take this idea and use your own favorite flavor combinations. BBQ and Cheddar? Salt & Vinegar Chips with Buffalo wing sauce and blue cheese? My go-to combo of rosemary and Parmesan? The possibilities are endless.
- Kettle Cooked Potato Chips, your favorite brand or flavor
- Cayenne Pepper
- Black Pepper
- Parsley Flakes (optional, they just add a little color)
- Blue Cheese, crumbled
Preheat the oven to 400. Spread a layer of chips on a large baking sheet.
Sprinkle on the cayenne as lightly or as generously as you like.
Add a layer of blue cheese then sprinkle with a little black pepper and parsley. Bake for 10 minutes or so, or until the cheese gets melted and gooey.
