Honey Dijon Fries

Here’s my latest creation for the Alexia Reinvent a Classic contest.  Honey and Dijon are one of my favorite combinations so this seemed like a natural.

  • Alexia Waffle Fries, 1 bag
  • Grainy Dijon Mustard, 1/3 cup
  • Honey, 4 tablespoons
  • Thyme, 1 tablespoon snipped, or equivalent dry thyme

Preheat the oven to 400.  In a large bowl, combine the mustard…

…and the honey.

Add the thyme and stir it all together.

Add the frozen fries and gently stir them until they’re evenly coated with the honey mustard mixture.

Spread them in a single layer on a lightly greased baking sheet.  Bake at 400 for about 25 minutes.

Serve up hot and enjoy!
