I love fries. All kinds of fries. That’s what makes deciding on only one recipe for the Alexia Reinvent a Classic Contest so hard! This one is based on my recipe for Italian Wings and I’ve still got another idea rattling around in my head. Since I can’t decide I’m going to need your help. I’ll post another recipes and put it to a quick vote by tomorrow.
Alexia Waffle Fries, 1 bag
Rosemary, 2 tablespoons, snipped
Parmesan, 2/3 cup, freshly grated
Coarse Ground Black Pepper, 1 tablespoon
Coarse Ground Salt, 1 teaspoon
Olive Oil, 6 tablespoons
Preheat the oven to 400. Snip the rosemary.
Toss the frozen fries into a large bowl. Add the rosemary, cheese, salt and pepper.
Add the olive oil and toss it all together until the fries are well-coated.
Spread them on a baking sheet in a single layer. Scoop up any leftover rosemary/cheese mixture and spread it over the top of the fries. Bake at 400 for about 25 minutes.
