Mojitos

Not too sweet and not too sour, just the right combination of cool refreshment. Perfect for hot summer nights, or days!

  • White Rum
  • Limes
  • Fresh Mint
  • Simple Syrup (see the Sangria recipe for how to make Simple Syrup)
  • Club Soda

Put a couple of lime wedges and 3 or 4 mint leaves in a tall glass. Add simple syrup. How much is up to you, depending on how sweet you want it to be.


Muddle it all together.


Add ice and rum.


Fill with club soda, stir gently and you’re done.
