We got some much-needed rain yesterday which can only help. Everything is still doing pretty well and we’re excited to be able to actually eat from the garden this week!
Look at all that green!
The tomatoes are making a comeback. There are lots of buds but no tomatoes yet. Sigh.
This serrano is destined for the kitchen this week.
We now have more squashes than we can count.
The zucchini is only slightly behind the squash in terms of production.
But the plants are getting HUGE.
The red and yellow bell peppers have little babies that are getting bigger every day.
We haven’t seen any baby melons, but the cantaloupe is getting big and the blossoms sure are pretty.

What an awesome garden! I wish I had one in my backyard. However, I’m certain that I wouldn’t give it all the time and attention it would need. I did however pick up a pot that will hold several herbs, which I haven’t purchased yet. Oops. So what are you making with these delicious veggies this week?
Well done! I think we must have planted our gardens at about the same time. I totally share your excitement in watching everything grow. I’m amazed at how big everything gets so quickly. My tomatoes have flowers but no tomatoes yet too and the only thing we can eat so far is the bok choy.. I can’t keep up with it!
Looks fantastic! Can’t wait to see what you do with all that squash.
